The SVI Series Industrial Non-Contact Displacement / Vibration Converter offers remote
transmission function, reliability, safety, accuracy, standardization and interchangeability
with other devices and easy maintenance necessary for industrial instruments. Two types
are available: the intrinsically safe construction type, which can be used safely even if the
location of measurement is subject to an explosive gas atmosphere (SVI), and the general
purpose type, which does not require explosion-proof construction (VI).
Main Functions
1. Direct remote transmission of measured signal
Measured signal can be transmitted up to 500m.
2. Built-in vibration converter
This converter has a built-in P-P rectifier converting circuit which
accurately responds to measured signals and outputs signals proportional
to the vibration components.
3. Stabilized internal circuit
In order to maintain highly accurate and stable detection, it is necessary
to supply stable signals to the bridge circuit. Thus, the frequency is
stabilized by a crystal oscillator, and the output voltage is fed back for
amplitude control in the AGC circuit.
