The VG Series High Temperature Displacement Converter is an eddy-current type
converter used for displacement vibration measurement in high-temperature environments
not suitable for conventional displacement converters. The sensor is made of unique
materials and offers superior temperature characteristics and stable measurement even at
high temperatures. Various measuring ranges are available from 0 to 2,000μm.
Main Functions
1. Superior temperature characteristics
Sensor : ±0.0035% of F.S. / °C (0 to 600°C)
(typical value)
2. High accuracy and high resolution
Outputs voltage signals proportional to the displacement within a linearity
of ± 1% of F.S.
High resolution of 1/10,000 of measuring range.
Effective for precise alignment, etc.
3. Stabilized internal circuit
In order to maintain highly accurate and stable detection, it is necessary
to supply stable signals to the bridge circuit. Thus, the frequency is
stabilized by a crystal oscillator, and the output voltage is fed back for
amplitude control in the AGC circuit.
